summer’s here…
Well, weather.com says it’s 81°F, NY1.com says it’s 90°F, and all I know is — it’s hot. This morning’s run in the park was definitely a struggle (53:19, or 8:50 pace), but I feel I gave it a good effort. 172 avg. HR. Hopefully I’ll be better acclimated in a week or so…
P.S. — Jeezus, I’m beat. This is like 90 minutes after my run, too. Gave myself some kind of exertion headache in all the heat. Oooooof.
