Ah, $1350/mo. I also paid a $2000 broker’s fee.
I don’t take possession of the place until next weekend, so I can’t really tell you anything more than I’ve already said about what it’s like. But I’m sure I’ll devote a couple of posts to it.

Actually rereading what I wrote about this pad, I guess I didn’t say a lot. But it’s on West 50th Street, between Tenth and Eleventh. Opposite a high school and facing the street, so I’m a little worried there’ll be some noise from buses and kids.
When you go in the door, to your left is the kitchen, and past that a bathroom. On the right is a foyer space that could be set up as a small living room. And through there is the bedroom. (It is all set up railroad-style).
Nice hardwood floors. I would guess about 450 square feet? No pets or bikes allowed in the building.
